All deposits are non-refundable! Any deposit or payment to Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas shows acceptance and acknowledgment of the terms and conditions as stated herein;

Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas, Inc., herein after referred to as SC, acts only as agent for owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodations, diving and other services are offered or provided and constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. SC shall not, at any time or in any way, be responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from an Act of God, act of government or defacto authority, war, terrorism, civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, immigration or customs regulations, hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions or any other cause beyond its control. Furthermore, SC reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellation, in part or in whole, as circumstances dictate. SC accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for the decisions concerning conditions of health, safety or fitness for diving or any other activity, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

SC will not be responsible for, and will not issue refunds or credits for the following: early departure by customer’s choice, dives cancelled as a result of inclement weather and /or acts of God; damages or cost resulting from postponed flight times, including but not limited to, missed transportation connections; nor for errors herein.

SC will not be responsible for loss or costs incurred as a result of passenger’s failure to supply proper identification for entry or participation requirements. It is the passenger’s responsibility to comply with all customs and immigration laws.

Stuart Cove’s Dive Bahamas offers a 10% commission on all pre-booked dive only and hotel and dive packages. Please note that hotel taxes, hotel service charges, meal plans, and airport transfers (sold separately) are commissionable.

The amount shown in small type under each package price (listed as “Taxes & Grats) is the amount of taxes and service charges for that hotel package which does not earn commission.

Agency Payment Policy Effective
A $50.00 per person deposit is due at the time reservations are made. Payment in full is due in full 30 days prior to arrival for all reservations. (Please refer above for complete payment and cancellation terms and conditions) When payment is made via agency check, agencies are allowed to withhold their commission and issue the check for the net amount. (Note: meal plans are not commissionable.)

Payment via agency check for the balance is permitted provided that it is received by us no later than 21 days prior to arrival in order to allow time for funds to clear. Agency checks must be payable in US funds, drawn on U.S. banks, and must be a corporate check (no personal or temporary checks). When payment is not received prior to 21 days before arrival, payment must be made using certified funds. Certified funds can include Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and direct Wire Transfers.

In extremely short notice situations payment can be accepted using the agency or customers credit card.

Should you choose to utilize an electronic wire transfer be sure to add a $35.00 USD service charge to the package amount. For routing instructions, please email or telephone us and we will fax you the appropriate instructions.
Please advise us via fax when you have initiated the wire transfer. Be sure that your fax includes the customers name and reservation number. Upon confirmation on this end, the payment will be credited to the appropriate reservation.
